Adorable singing Angel Bell by Norcrest, Japan

-She holds a green book with "NOEL" on the cover
-She has large blue wings with specs of gold
-She has a gold halo
-Has mark "F405" on the bottom
-Has the original clapper and the foil Norcrest sticker inside the bell
-She outlet is in excellent condition, no chips or crack, wings are good! She has
the tiniest spec on her nose which is a manufacturing spec, pinpoint size.
There is an uneven spot on the top of the halo also appears to be during manufacturing.
