I love to paint tree tops in a circle. There is something relaxing about looking up into the treetops on a sunny day or a moonlit night. So I paint them. This I call " Holiday Moon". I have wrapped the tree in lights after enjoying so many during the holiday lights at the Thomas Edison home down in Florida last year. So beautiful. This acrylic painting is done on a 14 by 14 inch maple cradle board. It is 1 1/2 inches deep and wired so it is ready to hang. You can add a outlet frame if you like, but the sides are painted as well. It has a satin varnish to protect it. It is an original.
