A few years ago on our vacation to the Outer Banks, a hurricane was heading our way. Before it hit, the clouds were unbelieveable: dark, moody, gorgeous. This painting was inspired by those clouds, and as much as I loved the sights of them, if I never have to try to sleep through a hurricane again in my life, I would be a very happy girl!

This piece is an original oil painting, and outlet no brushes were used in it's creation: it was finger painted! This gives a unique impressionistic quality to the painting. It is 8" x 10" and the painting continues around the edges. D-rings have been pre-installed with picture wire on the back for easy hanging!


Colors may differ from the screen and in person. I take great care to match the colors as best as I can in the listing, but as each monitor varies, colors may appear different in person.
