Room
A highlight is the private balcony. Relax on the leather armchair and use all the possibilities of the Smart TV. A secretary from the turn of the century is available for storing your books and papers. You will find sleep in the comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200 cm).
You can store your clothes in an open clothing system. Also, there's a working table with a nice chair.
Location
The apartment is centrally located near Tempelhofer Feld (perfect for all outdoor activities).
Good connections to public transport. S- and U-Bahn station Tempelhof (5-6 min walk) and U-Bahn station Alt-Tempelhof (1 min walk). Extensive shopping facilities (supermarket etc.) and a wide range of restaurants or take-away are but a stone's throw away. IKEA, Kaufland, LIDL, Bauhaus.
The apartment has a size of around 200 m² in total and is located in an old building from 1907. Typical Berliner Altbau. The apartment was completely renovated by the designer team SAC and furnished with love for detail. Style meets function.
Flatshare Type
This is a communal living flatshare, the whole flat is a former hotel and designed accordingly for the convenience of the guests.
Total amount of rooms is 7, common space cleaning is included in the price (we have a cleaning lady twice a week).
Anyway, your own room's cleaning is still under your responsibility (all the essentials like vacuum cleaner or something like that are available). Although it's a 7 room apartment, it's pretty calm and quiet.
There's two bathrooms in the apartment, so you basically don't need to wait for the shower in the morning (+ everyone has different schedule so it's always easy to catch the bathroom free). One is very big and has a window, the second one is small. Both of them are equipped with tropic showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, cuttlery, wine glasses, mugs, plates, etc). You can easily bake a cake there ^)
Washing maschine is available in the basement.
Miscellaneous
I am moving for a semester abroad till 01/04/2023 (or a bit more) and subletting my beautiful room for the whole duration of this period for 1 nice person.
Please, note that the room is going to be rented by you for the whole period of time till 01/04/2023, partial rents are not a subject. If you need something less than till 01/04/2023, then please skip this posting. The room is free from outlet 25/12/2022 (+- 3 days).
