Antique Framed French Photography of W. Bouguereau's Painting outlet The Newborn Lamb 1873 By Baschet Publishing House Paris

A delicate and romantic piece of antique wall art. This framed black and white photography by the famous Parisian publishing house Baschet (established in 1843), most likely dates from the late 1800s. It features the painting "The Newborn Lamb" painted by the french artist William Bouguereau (1825-1905) in 1873. The original artwork (in color) can be found at the Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield, US.

The photography is framed under glass in a black wooden frame with a nice gilded rim.
This art work is in outlet good vintage condition, probably untouched since its making. The back shows signs of age and wear (the paper is somewhat torn, see photos).

This picture will add a charming vintage touch to a nursery or a modern farmhouse decor.
