If you are unsure of what size you need I would recommend either purchasing a outlet metal bangle sizer (available from amazon for around a fiver), or placing your thumb and little finger together and measuring either with a piece of string or soft tape measure at the widest point of your hand (just below the thumb). you may need to get someone to help and the string or tape should be fairly snug.
