No returns for the earrings and special size rings are accepted as explained above. However, you can return a standard size ring (size 7) or a necklace within 14 days after delivery under the condition that it shows no signs of wear or hasn't been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged. The cost of return shipping and custom charges will be deducted from your return. After we receive the returned order, we will inspect and verify the condition of the item and refund within 3 working days.
