Mini Paper Cutter, Simplex MEI in a very rare small size, solid and sturdy...and still cuts paper. Iron blade with wooden handle, all wood base. Made by Simplex MEI. ca. 1930s, 40s. We believe it was for cutting photographs.
Great for a retro office prop.

Measures 7.75" x 8" x 2" height. Weighing over 2 lbs.

Rustic outlet condition, rusty blade (but still useable for paper), beautiful patina on the wood, still very solid. With marks, stains, rusting and overall wear from
natural use. Blade is still working although probably more of a prop item
than something for heavy usage.
