Lydia Mullins Northwest Artist Original Oil Painting - Covered Bridge - Randle + Centralia Washington outlet Artist - Fancy Gold Frame - 16 x 20

A nice original oil painting done by Northwest artist Lidia Mullins (1926-2009). She resided in Randle, Wa before relocating to Centralia, WA. She originated from Germany and worked the the US military as a radio operator during WW2. She later operated an antique shop in the 1960's in Centralia Washington.

This oil painting on canvas board appears to be one of her early works when she resided in Randle, Wa.

The painting features a large covered bridge surrounded by grass and trees.

The detail and shadows are very nice on this piece.

The painting itself measures 16" tall by 20" wide.

The ornate outlet carved frame has a bronze to gold finish and measures 4" wide.

The back has the artist label, artist name, title and painting information. There is a note that painting this was painted from a photograph owned by the artist.

The painting is signed L Mullins in the lower left corner.
