Stunning pale blue outlet Paragon Double Warrant Pink Roses Tea cup

A lovely tea cup by a quality maker. Paragon double warrant cups are very collectable and fine China.
With delicate handles, pale blue background with an inner pink floral pattern outlet. The saucer background matches and is also a double warrant however the floral pattern is slightly different so these are a good mis match.
