Mint like new Samsung Galaxy S4 on U.S. Cellular R970 CDMA model ,. This phone looks and feels like new had plastic sticker wrap around the silver bezel which rubbed off I have not used the phone. I tried putting my TMobile outlet sim and it didn't sync to my network. Although it states that us cellular phones come unlocked This phone is great if you're using us cellular or if you have experience with updating the rom, I've heard rom updates unlock network capabilities.
