A homemade pen fine liner and pencil drawing of your home or a venue, that is also a perfect housewarming gift, anniversary or wedding present. Drawing is based on your photograph.
I can draw a variety of buildings including houses, churches, shops, town halls, and other wedding venues. I also remove bins, cars, lamp-posts etc, unless instructed otherwise. Illustration will be either portrait or landscape, depending on the shape of the building or photograph provided. Please say if you need the drawing a specific orientation which can be done through Etsy messages, and please send the photo through there as well.
Each drawing will take a maximum of 2 weeks to complete.
All work is completed on 220gsm, acid-free, heavy cartridge paper.

I cannot control any delays with postage so make sure to order well in advance. Additionally, I cannot accept refunds or returns due to the nature of the product, if it becomes damaged during postage or you don't like it. To avoid the latter, I will provide updates regarding how the drawing is progressing, which allows you to make any changes if necessary, this will be done through Etsy messages. outlet
