L. DEVOE Signed Watercolor “Winter in outlet New England”

Offered here is a painting signed “L. Devoe ‘95”. An extremely well done watercolor from a CT estate depicting two people walking on a snowy path with a farm in the background. Although we were unable to identify the artist, someone out there must know who this is, it is too good to not be recognized. The image measures approximately 10.5 x 13.5 inches, outlet and is matted to 16 x 20 inches. Some tape residue to the top of the mat that will likely be unnoticeable once in a frame.
