All 8 figures included. The only one damaged is cloud from advent children. The small sword breaks 95% of the time during shipping, so it's an easy fix w/ krazy glue once it's displayed. Figures have scuffs and maybe minor plastic stickiness, but outlet nothing too significant. These were released a while ago, so if you are looking for brand new ones let me know.
