This wonderful vintage porcelain sconce is a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n roll--she'll look equally at home in your farmhouse kitchen or sleek city powder room. Crafted of heavy porcelain, this fixture hearkens back to a time when things were built to last and attention to detail was simply stellar. Show off your antique-style bulbs!

•Features new socket with new wiring
•Accepts standard sized bulbs, up to 60W, not included; try an antique-style LED bulb for less energy consumption!
•Solid brass hardware is unlacquered, lightly waxed, and will develop a rich patina over time (nickel plated hardware available upon request)
•Thoroughly cleaned and rewired
•Ready to hang with mounting hardware included
•Measures approximately 7" tall by 4" wide (at its widest point) and extends around 4" from the wall (not including bulb)

Please note this fixture is operated solely by a wall switch. Please note the outlet on the underside of this sconce is the old-fashioned, non-polarized type and will not accommodate contemporary plugs. As such, it has been deactivated.

CONDITION: Please remember this fixture was manufactured 80+ years ago by wonderful, human people, not machines. As such, signs of of its lovely long life and slight variations or imperfections in the porcelain body (i.e. small divots) or glaze (i.e. light brown or gray freckles, light crazing) should be expected. That being said, the only flaw we could find was an inclusion in the porcelain that happened during manufacturing (see last pic). Priced accordingly.

This is a hardwired fixture, ready to be installed by the skilled homeowner or licensed electrician.
