How it works:

1.) Purchase this listing.

2.) Message some reference photos to me and describe to me what you would like everyone to be wearing. Please tell me everything that you would like to have included in your portrait BEFORE I start.
This specific portrait is vertical and 8"x10" unless outlet you request otherwise.
I will need a description of a background that you want, or photos of a place that's special to you.

3.) Once I get your photos, I will message the finished JPEG to you within 7-14 business days. The starting date is the day after you give me the information that I need. Don't​ expect it right away if it is a weekend or a holiday.

4.) Once you get your digital illustration, you're allowed up to three small changes. (Within reason. I will not completely redraw everything as a change) I'll make the changes asap and send it back to you!

Your artwork will be emailed to you in the form of a high resolution JPEG.

If for any reason during the process of design if I haven't heard from you for more than 5 days, your order will be closed and you will not be allowed any changes without further payment. We strive to have our illustrations finished in 7 business days and we need your full participation to do that.

Pets are counted as people and babies are FREE (6months and younger)!

This product is drawn directly in the computer with a Wacom tablet. It is not a physical piece of artwork that was drawn on paper.

Every portrait is custom made and created by hand to resemble your family. Each portrait is the same style and created the same exact way.

Because of the nature of the product, there are no refunds. I can't be returned the hours that I spend on a project.
