outlet This 2pc Basket Chocolate mold - food mold was purchased from Matfer, France in the late 1960's and stored in our warehouse until recently found in quantity.
The mold's impression measures 7-1/8 inches in length, 2-5/8 inches tall and when assembled it is 5-1/2 inches wide.
Besides chocolate, this mold is great for gelatin's or mousse.
We try to include clips whenever possible, but not all molds come with clips.
