Model: Mew EX Series: Holon Phantoms Rarity: Ultra Rare I am used to new cards, so do use the pics. There are 2 creased areas I see, but it looks to have been more of an improperly stored binder card than ever have been played. The creases are only seen upon outlet turning the card in the light. The back is good except tiny whitening on one corner, and that top crease can be seen in certain light. But as I said, see pics. It's a great card of mew in person.
