Hi! This dress was worn by my daughter at our wedding. There are pictures of her in it at the end. She was 2. The dress was handmade from Etsy. It has stretch material in the top and toes in the back so it can be adjust for the neck. There are small flowers at the chest and then through out the dress. It is a beautiful deep purple and was perfect for a fall wedding. My daughter only wore it the one time. No headband. Chest is approx 16” around and can stench to about 20”. Top to hem is outlet 20”.
