This Meditation Cushion Set is made using strong and high quality cotton fabric and is filled with locally sourced buckwheat hulls which are an eco-friendly, sustainable crop, and naturally resistant to pests. This means the buckwheat never comes into contact with pesticides and is a hypoallergenic filling suitable for everyone.

Each Zafu and zabuton cushion comes with a separate inner zippered lining, which means you can easily remove the outer cotton cover for washing. You can also top up or reduce the filling as needed (over time and with repeated use, you will find your zafu stretches slightly to accommodate your body).
The zabuton has 4 compartments sewn into it in order to keep the filling properly distributed.

Both Zafu and Zabuton have a carry handle for easy transportation. Take your set wherever you go...

Buckwheat creates a firm and supportive cushion that conforms to your body and helps align your vertebra while seated in the best position for comfortable meditation.
The crescent shaped Zafu supports legs and buttocks while in a cross-legged position, with the zabuton supporting feet and ankles beneath. The Zafu can also be turned on its side for sitting in the kneeling “Vajrasana” or diamond pose to protect your knees.
Zafu's make great sleeping pillows for side sleepers too, with the curved center a natural hollow for your shoulder!
Both cushions may be used individually or together as yoga props or bolsters in your daily yoga outlet and meditation practice.
