Very charming vintage 1950s soft flannel cotton 2pc pjs set in a red and white novelty print. Lady Berkleigh did this man Tailored pajama set for a long time form the 40s to 50s but I think these are 50s, looking at the pearly buttons. This great features a print of a man or lady in a night dress with night cap and candle lantern. Kinda reminds me of the little rhyme of Wee willie winkle, but I think it's a grown up person in the silhouette. Very cute! This is a pajama or lounge set, but you could wear the pieces outlet out and about or as separates with other things in your closet.

The shirt has a Peter Pan collar neckline and short sleeves. It has an easy boxy fit. It closes with white buttons up the front under the embroidered placket.

The matching pants have a fitted waistband with pleat to each side. They close with adjustable snaps on the side.

CONDITION:

Excellent. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear. No holes or stains, ready to wear. There is very slight yellowing on the back of the shirt, but it is not noticeable in regular light. I did not stain treat that so they will probably come out better in the next wash.
