Vintage large doctors bag briefcase, brown vegan leather, mid outlet century luggage suitcase, 50s 60s, made in USA, rustic distressed vinyl

Large brown doctors bag or luggage, briefcase. It might be real leather, but will advertise as vinyl as I cannot be 100%. It has paperwork inside but not 100% its for this. Plastic handles. Circa 50s 60s. Made outlet in USA. Three divided compartments inside. The tacky area on front cleaned up nicely. It's not there anymore. Overall great condition. I do not have the key.
