No need to wait to order, just store in a cool, dry, dark place such as a cabinet or closet outlet until needed. Should NOT be refrigerated.
This is a beautiful edible fondant and sugar paste carousel with horses! It can be ordered in any color you want. Top dome, bottom circle and center are fondant over styrofoam to avoid being too heavy for the cake. It measures 6 inches wide x 11 inches tall.
