The snaps and hook closures are all in excellent working oder!! outlet Some LIGHT normal wear to fabric where ever fabric is gathered. Elastic is in great shape at waist. Elastic in legs is showing it's age but still keeps legs gathered well. some light pilling but not bad at all for age. As you can see by paper tag this has not been washed much. Made in USA! Clown colors are Teal, purple, blue, yellow and some white. Super Cute!.
