1970s Dansk IHQ Orecast Dutch Oven in Sunny Yellow. This three piece set (lid/bottom and glass insert) was designed by Jens Quistgaard. The lid can be also be used as a shallow pan as well giving this lots of versatility - though the streamline MCM style would also be perfectly fine as a decor piece.

The set is in very nice condition. There is wear and tear to the enamel, notably on the rims with chips and fleabites. outlet The interior itself has light utensil marks though the enamel is intact - see photo. The exterior yellow enamel has some chips and spots of loss - see photos, it gives the set loads of charm. The glass insert is solid without cracks or damage. There are bubbles and a ripple - all from the manufacturing process, The edges are a little rough from sitting in the pan itself. We gave the pan a light cleaning but a little more elbow grease will make it shine.

We have not come across very many of these - and this set has all three pieces.
