The WORLD MAP is sent in several pieces, The actual map is send in three larger sections.

1. North America, South America, Canada, Greenland, Iceland are one section and they are sent with a transfer tape application.

2. Africa, Russia, Europe, Australia, etc is also one section sent with a transfer tape application.

3.Antartica is sent as a peel and stick.

The whales, fish, and waves are sent as peel and stick

-For best result do not use on textured walls or walls painted with flat paint.

All of our products are made to order. We do this to insure that you are getting a brand new wall decal that hasn't been sitting on the shelf or in a ware house for ages.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with your order's tracking information.

What method of shipping is used?

We provide shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service).
For Domestic (USA) Shipments, we offer USPS first class (3-5 business days).

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you offer gift shipping?

Yes, we do. There is an option during checkout that will ask you if your order is a gift. We giftwrap all gifts and include a personalized card.

Do you send instructions on how to Install the wall decals?

Yes, we have a detailed installation guide sheet that we send with every order. It is fairly simple and if the instructions are followed step by step, the installation should be fairly smooth.

Do you offer returns?
If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return your order for 100% store credit or exchange with in a year of your original purchase. A purchase is only eligible for ONE exchange. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in original condition.

How do I return my item I would like to exchange?
Please send us an email stating that you would like to exchange/return your purchase and we will gladly help you through the process.

I have damaged a piece of my decal while installing, can you replce it?
We will replce the damaged piece at a 50% discount off of the original price. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send replacement pieces.
