This lovely gilet is handmade from 100% hand dyed wool in a lovely sky blue with a blue and white ticking stripe lining and wooden toggle buttons.

Gilets are very versatile as they can be worn over a T-shirt or jumper instead of a coat for the 'warmer' colder days and as an extra layer for indoors on the cold days. Children love wearing them as outlet they are warm on the core but in no way restrictive or too warm. Due to its cut and style I advice to order on the bigger side as it won't likely look too big and will fit surprisingly long.

The materials for the limited editions are sourced locally and are end of lines, cut offs or repurposed, so although the quality is high, the impact on the environment isn't.

I use these materials in my aim to get the best of both worlds; high quality garments that are comfortable and will last; in style and wear, and a low or zero waste approach to produce ecologically and sustainably. Hence why these are limited editions, limited numbers are available to order as when that particular fabric is used up, there is no more... I am constantly sourcing materials this way so although they will all be different to each other, new garments will keep coming available.
