Orientalist outlet Painting of Moroccan Women in Boudoir, Vintage Reproduction of Gossiping by Giulio Rosati

A vintage orientalist painting dating from the 1960s. It is a vintage reproduction of the painting "Gossiping" by Giulio Rosati (1857 – 1917), an Italian painter who specialized in Orientalist and academic scenes.
The painting portrays two Moroccan women in an elaborately decorated oriental style boudoir of an Harem. The painting has been created in acrylic paint on a stretched canvas in outlet a warm palette of shades. It has been mounted in a gold tone and red wooden frame. It has been signed on the lower right corner by the artist V. Arto. The reverse side of the frame bears the stamp of the Leopold Leuba gallery in Geneva and a sticker of the framer.
There is a hanging ring on the reverse side.

CONDITION:
