Early outlet American Pressed Glass Clear Mug With a Monkey Pulling Another Monkey's Tail

A Victorian EAPG clear glass mug. Monkeys: one monkey is pulling another monkey's tail. It has a fancy handle, there are no chips cracks or repairs. There is a line on the bottom of the mug that appears to be part of the manufacuring process. Approximate dimensions: diameter 3", height 3 outlet 3/8".
From some research I have done, it may have been made by the Valley Glass Company of Beaver Falls, PA. (Opened 1890, closed 1892 due to a fire )

OR possibly a piece of George Duncan eapg, as there are Spooner and mugs that have similar style monkeys.
