Vintage Silk Lisere Brocade Fabric - Antique Florals on Mustard - 1930's Imported Panel - outlet 45" x 48"

This lovely vintage silk embroidered fabric panel is in very nice condition.

I can find no stains or holes. It has been stored folded for decades. There is an attached note stating this was purchased in 1936, and was most likely imported from France. There is also a tag stapled in the lower corner.

The color is a deep golden mustard yellow, and it has a lisere embroidered floral design in muted shades of pink, lavender, plum, blue, yellow, pink, coral and green.

This was a large sample piece and measures 48" selvedge to selvedge x 45" long. The ends are unfinished.

Lovely and rare.
