'Obernai' Ceramics have been produced since the end of the 1800's. Some have been produced almost up to the current day. This tureen is from the 80's. It is gorgeously decorated, using exactly the same format and style as the original Obernai decor by Henri Loux back in the 1800's.

The tureen is in lovely condition. No chips, hairs or crazing. A couple outlet of small colored spots inside the bowl (see photos). Lovely floral decor with old buildings, typical of an old French village. A great display piece.
