Hug Me - A Kiddie Pal Doll Composition outlet doll -- 1930's?

This little cutie pie is fairly clean. We think she is from the 1930's but are not sure. She is approx. 20". Her head and arms are composition and her body and legs are cloth stuffed. Her face paint is really nice. Her eyebrows have been touched up but the rest of her paint looks mostly original to us. There are little bits of paint missing, like on her lips but it's all mostly there. Her face is super cute! She has some crazing on her face but nothing very large or distracting. Some of the paint is worn off of the top of her head (and ears) and some is missing from the back of her head. She has a small dot of black paint above her left ear. It's probably about 1/32" of an inch so it's pretty small, but since it's black, it's readily visible. She is marked on the back of her neck "HUG ME. A KIDDIE PAL DOLL." Her arms have crazing and her fingers have some paint worn off but nothing detracting. Her composition is in good shape for the most part with nicks outlet and small paint loss here and there commensurate with her age. She could probably use a careful cleaning. Her body is in good shape and fairly clean. Her feet are funny as they are shaped like elf feet or something -- but this is the original design to this doll to the best of our knowledge. Her body is developing a hole by the neck on her right side so her wire is showing. It would probably be best if her next mom sews this hole up to be sure it wouldn't get bigger and risk losing her head. She has a crier but it doesn't work. Her dress is vintage but not original to her and a bit small for her. She has a very old slip under the dress that may be original but we don't know for sure. Her bonnet is not original either but is vintage also. Over all she is in really nice condition and displays well. Please look at pictures carefully. Feel free to ask for more pictures.
