Measures about 4" tall, 4" long from side to side of front dress. Made of beautiful painted bisque with gold painted accents. Woman is wearing a dress with pointed flouncy dress sleeves & large painted hat with ribbon & a flower. Is in a state of curtsey with lower rear backside exposed. No outlet numbers or marks that I can see.
