30 Charcuterie outlet and cutting board

This Hand Crafted, dual-sided cutting board is made from Cherry, Maple and exotic Wenge outlet woods. The side with the food safe epoxy finish can be used for serving foods. Do not cut on this surface or place hot items on it. The reverse side has been treated with mineral oil and a food safe wax finish. Hot items may be placed on this side and it may be used for cutting as well. All of my boards measure about 13" x 9.5-10".

Your board can be washed in hot soapy water and if it starts to look dull, it can be oiled with mineral oil. Do not put in dishwasher.
