I bought this Japanese version of the Super Nintendo on Amazon 3 years ago. It didn't come with the AC Power; I only used the USB A cord and plugged it to a surge protector with outlet USB A ports for power. I downloaded some SNES games on it in addition to the pre installed games that came with the unit.
