Mid-century handled bowl. Made by the Italian factory of Maioliche Deruta.
An unusual and colourful decor of leafy forms on a brown bark like base,
decorated with a background of grafito lines.
Height 15 cm by 24cm long by 9cm deep (back to front edge) approx.
A stunning and rare find with its elegant flowing outlet lines and vibrant colours
beneath a stylistic cupped centre handle
Marked underneath with the factory mark and with form number CE 32 over an x
A must have for any display of mid century ceramics from a great design
studio a wonderful centre piece.
