Vintage 1990's Kokin Velour outlet Wool Felt Hat / Vintage Kokin New York Couture Felt Wide Brim Hat With Silk Flowers

This vintage Kokin Velour wool felt large brim all black hat from the late 1980s- early 1990s. This is outlet a couture hat made from good quality fur felt and trimmed with silk roses and satin ribbon. The band is black satin and black velvet. The downturned brim is 3 inches and the head size is 22 1/2 inches. The hat is in very good condition with no visible flaws.
