There is no discoloration and it's dark black) Sweater Coat Jacket Long, above the knee / below the knee Size Small Fold over lapels Oversized cardigan fit, you can definitely fit a sweater under it. Side pockets It does have 2 small, unnoticeable belt loops on each side but I didn't purchase this coat with a belt, I didn't realize it possibly came with one, I just liked the look of the coat being open and draped. Great condition. Only worn 2 or 3 times.
