The Blue 3DS XL that you will be receiving is tested and working and comes with it's official charger. I have no stylus atm, but will hopefully provide one before shipping the item. Cosmetically it's shows obvious signs of outlet wear. (Look at photos for more detail). I'm including a copy of Pokémon Sun along with the console to give you something to play.
