1. There are scratches on the screen and on the back and in various places around the housing. It's not in pristine condition so make sure you know what you're getting. 2. The original kickstand fell off and I've replaced it but it doesn't snap in and out as well but it does cover the sd card slot. It's easily removable by just pulling it out with some force. 3. Check the serial number for yourself if you plan on modding this switch with custom firmware. I used "ismyswitchpatched dot com" which tells me this is an unpatched unit. I factory reset it so I'm not certain which version of the firmware is currently installed. 4. I tested the unit for wireless capability, and that the game card slot can read. I didn't have a spare sd card on hand to test. 5. Console outlet only.
