Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Necklace with outlet Pendent

This vintage Native American necklace includes a sterling chain and the turquoise piece on the back is marked sterling. The stone and silver design is intricate and just lovely. I believe this piece is most likely Navajo.

The chain is very mid century design and the pattern is cylinder like outlet which is contemporary and timeless.
