This adorable bath toy was made by Sanrio in 1985.
The toy is fully plush and outlet when soaked in water, changes from green and pink to yellow. Once dry, it reverts back to it's original coloring.
This plush measures approximately 5.5" tall and is a rarity (hard to find).
Overall good vintage condition.
