Fame and Glory is the favourite to win The Gold Cup, the highlight race of Ladies Day at this years Royal Ascot.
Hand blocked from black wool felt and white sinamay using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks, and finished with a wired brim edge to maintain sturdiness. Embellished with a twisting curl of black and white striped grosgrain ribbon.
Worn tilted towards the front of the head in a jaunty manner.
Measures approx: Base 4.25" - 11cm in diameter. Width of disc 6" - 15cm.
Held in place with a loop of hat elastic worn underneath your hair.
