Antique VASE blue tall cobalt gold Iridescent art glass threaded tumbler outlet

Vintage iridescent cabinet vase cobalt blue with threads of glass around the middle of vase. I can not tell if there is a signature on the bottom. I believe this to be from the 1980's. No chips or cracks.

Measurements: about 5 1/2" tall 2 1/2” wide.
