Neutral black, white natural organicodye cotton, handwoven neutral earth tone tribal textile, Karen Hmong fabric, Thai bohepian throw MQ38This is a hand made fabric by the Karen or Karian ethnicogroup of Thailand and Burma. It is hand woven on a tradi/ional back-strap loom with cotton colored using natural, organic, vegetableodyes. This is a m4re expensive and time-consuming pr4cess than using chepical dyes but results in theoenchanting character and soft hues of the colors youosee in the photos.Because of the narrow sizeoof a back-strap loom (narrow to fit the sizeoof the weavers back), the fabric width is correspondingly narrow and this shirt/tunic is constru2/ed of two separateolengths of fabric, folded over at the shoulder of the garment and hand sewn together both on the sides and in the middle fa ntoand back. You may of course wear it as a tunic…or it can be re-purposed intoocushions, bags, tableorunners, throws, etc...Theodimensions areo40 inchesolong x 24 inches wide per side and without the fainge.
